一、应用简介 / App Overview

“今日状态”是一款面向 iPhone 和 Apple Watch 的状态参考应用，用于结合设备上的睡眠、心率、HRV 等健康与传感器数据，在本地生成总体状态、社交能量、精神状态等参考信息，帮助你观察自己的日常节律与状态变化。

Today Status is a daily condition reference app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It uses on-device health and sensor data (such as sleep, heart rate, and HRV) to generate local reference insights including overall status, social energy, and mental status.

• 今日状态需要注册账号吗？
  不需要。当前版本免登录即可使用。
  Do I need an account? No. The current version works without sign-up or login.
• 今日状态会上传我的健康数据吗？
  不会。当前版本以本地处理为主，不上传个人健康数据到开发者服务器。
  Do you upload my health data? No. Processing is primarily on-device, and personal health data is not uploaded to developer servers.
• 为什么我看不到完整状态结果？
  这通常与健康权限、设备连接状态、Apple Watch 使用情况或当前可用数据有关。请确认已授权相关健康数据读取权限并保持设备连接。
  Why is my result incomplete? This is usually related to permissions, device connectivity, Apple Watch availability, or limited current data.
• 今日状态是否属于医疗产品？
  不是。该应用提供日常状态参考与自我观察辅助，不用于疾病诊断或治疗。
  Is this a medical app? No. It is for daily reference and self-observation only, not for diagnosis or treatment.

四、隐私政策 / Privacy Policy

“今日状态”的核心原则是：尽量仅在设备本地完成数据读取、分析与展示，不建立账号，不上传你的个人健康数据到我们的服务器。

Our core principle is: data reading, analysis, and display are performed on-device as much as possible; no account is required; personal health data is not uploaded to our servers.

1) 我们会读取哪些数据 / Data We Access

• 睡眠分析数据（如睡眠时长、睡眠效率、作息规律性、睡眠债相关信息）
• 心率数据
• HRV（心率变异性）数据
• 与状态推断有关的设备端活动/运动相关信号

We may access sleep data, heart rate, HRV, and activity-related device signals for status inference.

2) 我们如何使用数据 / How We Use Data

• 在 iPhone / Apple Watch 本地计算状态参考值
• 在主界面、小组件、表盘组件中展示状态和趋势
• 在你授权通知后，基于本地结果发送本地提醒
• 保存必要的本地历史记录以支持趋势查看

Data is used for on-device scoring, trend display, widgets/complications, local notifications, and local history continuity.

3) 数据存储与保留 / Storage & Retention

• 数据默认保存在 iPhone、Apple Watch 和 App Group 本地容器中
• 我们不将健康数据上传到开发者服务器
• 数据会在你持续使用期间保留；删除应用、清除本地数据或撤销健康权限后将停止后续处理

Data is stored locally on your iPhone/Apple Watch and app group container. We do not upload health data to developer servers. Data remains while you use the app and can be removed by deleting the app/local data or revoking Health permissions.

4) 数据共享与第三方 / Data Sharing

我们不会出售、出租或向第三方共享你的健康数据，也不会将其用于广告投放或跨应用追踪。

We do not sell, rent, or share your health data with third parties, and we do not use it for ad targeting or cross-app tracking.

5) 权限说明 / Permissions

• 健康数据权限（HealthKit）：读取睡眠、心率、HRV，用于本地状态计算
• 通知权限：在你授权后发送本地提醒
• 麦克风权限（如启用相关功能）：仅用于设备端分贝计算，不存储原始音频

Permissions may include HealthKit (sleep/HR/HRV), local notifications, and microphone (if enabled) for on-device ambient dB calculation without storing raw audio.

6) 儿童隐私 / Children’s Privacy

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童提供服务。如你认为儿童在未经监护人同意的情况下提交了相关信息，请通过支持邮箱联系我们。

This app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data without guardian consent, please contact us via support email.

7) 政策更新 / Policy Updates

我们可能会基于功能和合规要求更新本政策。更新后会在本页面标注最新日期，重大变更会在应用内或支持渠道提示。

We may update this policy for feature or compliance reasons. The latest update date will appear on this page, and material changes may be announced in-app or through support channels.
